Versa Tubes Rock!

I bought four different colored (varying resistance levels) tubes at the behest of a terrific trainer -- yellow green red and blue -- from light to heavy. Her comment was "Using these and doing exercises recommended and walking you can stay in very good shape." So far -- it's only been one month -- I can see a huge difference and the beauty is that I don't have to go to a gym or if I travel I can easily take these with me and have no need for any additional equipment or an expensive gym membership. As a woman of a certain age (a-HEM!) these exercises are essential to build strength and gain energy. Using these tubes is fun and every time I apply them I am rewarded because they are simple processes and make you feel productive in a very short period of time. What's not to like?

This is an absolutely great medicine ball. It is solid bounces well and is evenly weighted. I've used it lightly for the past 6 months at least and there are no signs of wear no cracks in the rubber and no problems in general.



It's hard to find anything additional to say about this product. 25lbs is HEAVY for a medicine ball but a bouncing ball like this is great for working core strength by bouncing the ball to a partner or against a wall. There are also plenty of plyometric exercises you can do with the Power Med Ball.More detail ...

Good build but small parts break

I had this step system for about 4 months before the first small piece broke off the bottom attachments. The result was when I pick the thing up the bottom attachment falls off. I still used it but then recently another small part fell off. Now when I pick up the Reebok product the bottom sections just fall off. I expected more for $ 79. I would not buy this again.
